Totally incompetent assholes...

I had been totally driven mad by the incompetent people at the bank. This whole redemption issue has really driven me up the wall. I'm losing my sanity soon. When this is really really settle i will definately make a call to the compliance manager. Why can't they bloody call me and wait 2 long fucking weeks....arghhhh

I have to stop the panic and go back to logially crunch numbers and see if i can make it. WTF!
