last night i couldnt even play through the first 3 bars of my favourite chopin nocturne.

i had the biggest meltdown since 3 and a half yrs ago...

BUT,

a nice blading session in e crazy weather, dinner n a glass of wine later. i'm back n bouncy again.

the ability to self heal is quite amazing...
